1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dootify platform (website or mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Dootify is a marketplace platform that connects individuals who need tasks performed ("Seekers") with individuals who offer to perform those tasks ("Providers"). Dootify does not perform tasks itself and is not a party to any agreement between Seekers and Providers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Dootify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payments and Escrow

Dootify uses an escrow payment system to protect both Seekers and Providers. Payments made by Seekers are held in escrow and released to Providers only after the Seeker confirms satisfactory task completion.

Dootify charges a service fee on completed transactions. The applicable fee percentage is disclosed during the booking process.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between Seekers and Providers, Dootify may offer mediation services. However, Dootify is not liable for the actions of users and cannot guarantee resolution outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Dootify platform belong to SparkEdge Solutions SUARL. Users may not reproduce or use these without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dootify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services provided by other users.

9. Modifications

Dootify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunisia.
